Exam Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT)

RRB GROUP D NOTIFICATION 2019

Qualification: 10th pass or ITI from institutions recognised by NCVT/ SCVT/ equivalent or NAC granted by NCVT.


  Minimum Age: 18 Years

  Maximum Age: 33 Years

  Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ST/OBC/ PH/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules.


    For Others: Rs.500/-

    For SC/ ST/ ExSM/ PWD/ Female/ Transgender/ Minorities/ EBC candidates: Rs.250/-

    Payment Mode (Online/ Offline): Internet Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI/ Challan

    Out of this fee of Rs.500/- an amount of Rs. 400/- for others & Rs.250/- reserved candidates shall be refunded in due course duly deducting bank charges as applicable on appearing in CBT.

A.Mathematics: Number system, BODMAS, Decimals, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Mensuration, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest,Profit and Loss, Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, Square root, Age Calculations, Calendar & Clock, Pipes & Cistern etc.

B.General Intelligence and reasoning: Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical operations,Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency,Conclusions and Decision making, Similarities and Differences, Analytical Reasoning,Classification, Directions, Statement – Arguments and Assumptions etc.

D. General ScienceThe syllabus under this shall cover Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences of 10th standard level (CBSE).

E.General Awareness on current affairs: in Science & Technology, Sports, Culture, Personalities,Economics, Politics and any other subject of importance.
